    THE BEST AGENT I EVER WORKED WITH.!!!!!Bought couple properties in London ON and Himal helped me for the last one and he did the best assistance as ever possible..! Helping with background check of area and neighbourhood, surveys of average prices around the year for the area we are looking for and give us a range that how much we should pay for the property we like.In nutshell, Do not go anywhere else and just go with Himal.

    Himal is a very patient and intelligent realtor. He would accommodate his timings according ours. He would also make suggestions in our favour. He is very motivating and a great person himself.     I was very unsure about buying my first house but I was fortunate to come across Mr. Himal patel who motivated and guided me step by step to buy my first home in Canada being a temporary resident. He is well expirienced and very much updated with the current real estate market scenario. He litrally made the entire process very smooth and memorable. He was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find me a great townhouse that fit right in my price range! He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of my questions at all times.Highly recommended!!

    Best agent I've worked with. Very patient and accommodating. I drove from Kitchener on several weekends and Himal had homes lined up for me back to back according to my criteria. He even did a second visit to a home for me and video called so I could see the details of the house again without having to drive to London. We ended up bidding on 2 homes (we had seen at least 25 houses) and closed the deal on the second with his recommendation. Great experience. Highly recommended. Thanks Himal.
